These terms govern your use of InsiderGauge, a website and Telegram bot that publishes data from insider trading reports (SEC Form 4) filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. InsiderGauge is operated by Maksim Shashkov, an individual resident in Cyprus ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
1. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old. You may hold one account, which is for your own personal use. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and your linked Telegram account secure.
2. The service
InsiderGauge is offered free of charge. It shows the same factual filing data to every reader who applies the same filters, and it sends Telegram alerts that match objective filters you choose. We may change, suspend or end any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service is available, timely or free of errors.
3. Not investment advice
InsiderGauge does not give investment, legal or tax advice and does not recommend any security or transaction. The data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and filings can be amended. Read the Risk Disclaimer before relying on any of it. Any decision you make is your own.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or access it by automated means other than the Telegram bot;
- resell, republish or redistribute the service or its data as a feed or product;
- share your account, or create accounts in bulk or with false details;
- probe, overload or bypass the security, access controls or rate limits of the service;
- use the service in breach of any law, including market abuse rules.
5. Data and content
The filings come from SEC EDGAR, which is public. The selection, arrangement and presentation of that data and the rest of the service belong to us. InsiderGauge is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC.
6. Ending your use
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@insidergauge.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or close accounts when the service ends.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or its data, including trading or investment losses, and we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or intent, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. We will tell account holders about material changes in advance by email or on the site. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law.
